If you DO prefer to make everything from scratch, here’s Debbie’s Turkey Stuffing Recipe we’re happy to share with you.
FRESH IS BEST! It’s always best to serve what’s freshest, so choose local farm market produce, and check what is in season before you buy.
Potatoes and root veggies (yams, parnsnips, beets, carrots, onions) are not only healthy, but much more flavourful when roasted. Even sprouts take on a sweet roasted taste! Try cutting veggies into 1-2 inch cubes, tossing with olive oil, salt and pepper, thyme and rosemary and spreading on a baking tray and roasting for 30 minutes or so at 400 degrees (toss half way through)—watch they don’t burn!
We wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving!
