We’re happy to let you know that we always have plenty of fresh turkeys and roasts available for Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, so there’s no need to place an order in advance. Our turkeys range in size from 12-18 lbs, and they’ll stay fresh in your fridge for up to 5 days.

To help you choose the right size turkey, calculate 1 pound per person, and 1.5 lbs. per person for leftovers. For turkey rolls or boneless parts, calculate a half-pound per person.
